Split Brands means the Debrox and Gly-Oxide brands.

Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to a “Subsidiary” or to “Subsidiaries” shall refer to a Subsidiary or Subsidiaries of the Borrower. “Subsidiary Guarantor” means any Guarantor other than Holdings. “Successor Company” has the meaning specified in Section 7.04(d). “Supermajority Lenders” means, at any time, Lenders (other than Defaulting Lenders) having Commitments aggregating more than 66⅔% of the Aggregate Commitments, or if the Commitments have been terminated, Lenders (other than Defaulting Lenders) whose percentage of the Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and all L/C Obligations (with the aggregate Dollar Amount of each Lender’s risk participation and funded participation in L/C Obligations and Swing Line - 63-
