Spirit Operating Partnership Agreement means the Agreement of Spirit Operating Partnership dated as of September 25, 2012, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Operating Partnership Agreement means the Limited Partnership Agreement of the Operating Partnership, as amended from time to time.
MLP Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as amended or restated from time to time.
Limited Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 1, 2017, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Borrower Partnership Agreement means the Limited Partnership Agreement of the Borrower dated as of January 17, 2014 as such agreement may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time with the consent of the Administrative Agent or as permitted under Section 10.10.
Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership, dated as of May 28, 2014, as amended, restated and supplemented from time to time hereafter.
Partnership Agreements means the partnership agreements together with all agreements, certificates and other documents provided to and approved by Lender and which govern the existence, operation and ownership of the Partnerships.
Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.
Original Partnership Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Public-private partnership agreement means an agreement
Membership Agreement means the agreement between the Foundation and each Member regarding each such Member’s rights and obligations as a Member.
PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement that may take effect from time to time.
Pledged Partnership Agreements means all of each Grantor’s rights, powers, and remedies under the partnership agreements of each of the Pledged Companies that are partnerships.
GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
Dealership Agreement means an oral or written agreement, either express or implied, between a supplier and a dealer which provides that the dealer is granted the right to sell, distribute, or service the supplier’s equipment, regardless of whether the equipment carries a trade name, trademark, service mark, logotype, advertisement, or other commercial symbol, and which provides evidence of a continuing commercial relationship between the supplier and the dealer.
Joint Operating Agreement means any agreement or contract among all of the Contractors with respect to their respective rights or obligations under this Contract, as such agreement or contract may be amended or supplemented from time to time;
Company Operating Agreement means that certain Eighth Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of September 20, 2013, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Operating Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
Company LLC Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of May 25, 2011, as amended from time to time.
LLC Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Sponsorship Agreement means a document that estab- lishes an advanced licensee as a sponsor for a basic licensee.
Limited partnership means a limited partnership registered or formed under any law in force in Singapore or elsewhere;
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network Operating Committee:
Initial LLC Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
MLP Agreement means the First Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
