To Seller's knowledge the business of Spembly, SCL and EIL is not subject to any claim to pay compensation pursuant to Sections 40 and 41 of the Patents ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and, to the Seller's knowledge, there are not any facts likely to give rise to such a claim.
Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;
seaman ’ means an individual (except scientific personnel, a sailing school instruc- tor, or a sailing school student) engaged or employed in any capacity on board a vessel.
Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Cannabis flower means marijuana, hashish, and other
