SPEEDS definition

SPEEDS means an expedited process for the crediting of securities by the Depository for corporate actions specified in the Rules;
SPEEDS means the download and/or upload speed, usually stated in megabits per second (“Mbps”) for any package. All Services have a maximum upload and download speed. The specific speed available at any point in time to you will depend upon the other users of the network provider used to deliver your Wireless Broadband Service and whether any traffic management is in force eg. if you are a Heavy User. For the avoidance of doubt, all Packages will see a variation in speeds between the daytime, evening and overnight.
SPEEDS. The agreement specifies the minimum download speed which can be expected by users for a range broadband services.

  • Altitude means the vertical distance of a level, a point or an object considered as a point, measured from mean sea level (MSL);

  • Backpressure means a pressure (caused by a pump, elevated tank or piping, boiler, or other means) on the consumer's side of the service connection that is greater than the pressure provided by the public water system and which may cause backflow.
