Specified Fixed Assets definition

Specified Fixed Assets means and include with respect to any Person, such Person’s Real Property, all Investment Property and Security Entitlements consisting of any equity interests in any Subsidiaries or joint ventures, and all Equipment and Fixtures.

  • Spread Value means, with respect to a share of Stock subject to an Award, an amount equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value, on the date such value is determined, over the Award’s exercise or grant price, if any.
