Examples of Specified Denomination(s) in a sentence
A beneficial interest in a Registered Global Note will, subject to compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory restrictions, be transferable for Definitive Registered Notes or for a beneficial interest in another Registered Global Note only in the Specified Denominations set out in the applicable Final Terms and only in accordance with the rules and operating procedures for the time being of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and in accordance with the Agency Agreement.
The Notes are in bearer form or in registered form as specified in the applicable Final Terms and, in the case of definitive Notes, serially numbered, in the currency (the Specified Currency) and the denominations (the Specified Denomination(s)) specified in the applicable Final Terms.
If there is more than one Specified Denomination insert the highest common factor of those Specified Denominations.
Notes in definitive form (“Definitive Notes”) will be serially numbered in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s) and, if applicable, integral multiples of the Calculation Amount(s) in excess of the lowest Specified Denomination up to but excluding an integral multiple of the highest Specified Denomination.
The Covered Bonds are in bearer form (each, a Bearer Covered Bond) or in registered form (each, a Registered Covered Bond) as specified in the applicable Final Terms and, in the case of Definitive Covered Bonds, serially numbered, in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s).
