Specified Body Areas definition

Specified Body Areas means any one or more of the following:

Specified Body Areas means in the case of a female person, the nipples and areolae, and in the case of all persons the genitals and the anus;

Specified Body Areas means, in the case of a female, her breasts and in the case of all persons, the pubic, perineal and perianal areas and buttocks;

Examples of Specified Body Areas in a sentence

• No Person licensed under this By-law and Schedule to own or operate a Restaurant, Take-out Restaurant or Lunch Counter shall use the services of a Serving Person who is not wearing clean clothing which fully covers such Person's Specified Body Areas with opaque material.

• More than 25% of the inventory is used to display items for sale or rent, the central feature of which is a Specified Act or Specified Body Areas, including items meant to stimulate or are reproductions of a Specified Body Area.

• If more than one of the Insured Person's Specified Body Areas is Critically Burned as a result of the same Accident, the benefit payable is the lesser of: (1) the sum of the benefit amounts calculated separately, according to the above rules, with respect to each such Specified Body Area; or (2) 100% of the Principal Sum.

• No Attendant shall, while at a Personal Service Business where Body Rubs are performed or provided as described in this Schedule, touch or allow, permit or cause herself or himself to be touched or have physical contact with any other person in any manner whatsoever involving any Specified Body Areas.

• No serving person, including a performer who may act as a serving person, shall in any adult entertainment parlour serve or make available food or drink or be involved in providing such services, except while wearing clean opaque clothing fully covering such person's Specified Body Areas.

• No person licenced under this By-Law and Part to own or operate a Restaurant, Take-Out Restaurant or Lunch Counter shall use the services of a serving person who is not wearing clean clothing, which fully covers such person’s Specified Body Areas with opaque material.

• No Person shall permit, allow or cause any Entertainer while providing Services or Entertainment, to touch, or be touched by, or have physical contact with any other Person in any manner whatsoever involving any Specified Body Areas or Specified Sexual Activities.

• Any employee shall at all times wear clean opaque clothing fully covering the Specified Body Areas.

• If only one of the Insured Person's Specified Body Areas is Critically Burned in an Accident and less than one hundred percent (100%) of the surface of that Specified Body Area is Critically Burned, the benefit payable is that same lesser percentage of the maximum Percentage of the Principal Sum shown above for that Specified Body Area.

• If only one of the Insured Person's Specified Body Areas is Critically Burned in an Accident and one hundred percent (100%) of the surface of that Specified Body Area is Critically Burned, the benefit payable is one hundred percent (100%) of the maximum Percentage of the Principle Sum shown for that Specified Body Area.

Specified Body Areas means:

Specified Body Areas means, in the case of a female, any portion of the nipple or areole of the female breast, and in the case of all persons, the anus, cleft of the buttocks, buttocks, penis, vulva, genitals, the pubic area and the perineal and perianal areas;

Specified Body Areas means one or more of the follows:

Specified Body Areas means, in the case of a female individual, her nipples and areolae and, in the case of all individuals, the pubic, perineal and perianal areas, the genitals, anus and buttocks;

Specified Body Areas means any one or more of the following: in the case of a female person, her nipples and breasts; and in the case of all persons, the genitals and the anus;
