This Specific Security Agreement is given by you to us in return for us agreeing to provide or providing advances, loans, credit or other facilities or financial accommodation.
Financier may or may not grant any consent or approval under or in connection with this Specific Security Agreement in Financier’s discretion (acting reasonably) and upon such conditions as Financier may determine.
