Specie signed Administrative Order 23-006 Increasing Presumptively Reasonable Debtor's Attorney Fees in Chapter 13 Cases, increasing the fee to a maxi- mum of $5000.00 and augmenting attorney fee requirements stated in Standing Order No. 19 regard- ing Chapter 13 Attorneys Fees, Adequate Protection Payments, Annual Statements, Form Plan, and Tax Returns.
