Specialty Retail definition

Specialty Retail. A Business Sector comprised of retailers engaged in the sale of new specialty products and that are classified under either of the following NAICS codes: all other home furnishing stores (NAICS 442299) and nursery, garden center and farm supply stores (NAICS 444220).
Specialty Retail means retail uses, other than those defined as Convenience Retail. These may include retail stores that focuses on specific product categories (e.g. specialized athleisure wear stores, duty free stores, consumer electronics stores, accessory stores, music stores).
Specialty Retail. Business shall mean a retail business that sells quick lube and automotive maintenance services.

More Definitions of Specialty Retail

Specialty Retail means a product-specific retail use in which specialty goods are sold or services are provided for businesses and personal uses and are not for resale.

Specialty Retail means small high end clustered and/or strip center like retail stores of less than 5,000 square feet each and where the total square footage of the entire cluster and/or strip center is less than 50,000 square feet. Stores in the cluster and/or strip center might include, but not be limited to, jewelry, luggage, china and silverware, crystal, artwork, leather goods, and fine apparel.

  • Tobacco retailer means any Person who Sells, offers for Sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products, or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things. This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for Sale exchanged, or offered for exchange.

  • Specialty fertilizer means a fertilizer distributed primarily for nonfarm use.

  • Specialty Drugs means drugs listed on the Approved Drug List meeting certain criteria, such as:

  • Specialty contractor means a person who is licensed to conduct business as described in subsection 4 of NRS 624.215.

  • Participating Retail Store means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

  • Sale at retail or "retail sale" means the act or attempted act of selling, bartering, exchanging, or

  • Qualified long-term care services means services that meet the requirements of Section 7702(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, as follows: necessary diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic, curative, treatment, mitigation and rehabilitative services, and maintenance or personal care services which are required by a chronically ill individual, and are provided pursuant to a plan of care prescribed by a licensed health care practitioner.

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Purchase at retail means the acquisition, consumption or use of telecommunications through a sale at retail.

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.

  • Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.

  • Long-term care services means the services admin- istered directly or through contract by the aging and disability services administration and identified in WAC 388-106- 0015.

  • Group long-term care insurance means a long-term care insurance policy which is delivered or issued for delivery in this State and issued to:

  • Supplemental Services means services or items that are provided on a limited basis to complement the care provided by the caregiver.
