Specialist Personnel definition

Specialist Personnel means the specialists chosen by MDT to perform the Services;
Specialist Personnel means the specialists chosen by NAVADAN to perform the Services;
Specialist Personnel means the specialists chosen by MAN-ES to perform the Services;

  • The Customer shall take appropriate measures to protect the Specialist Personnel from risks associated with lone working, working in confined spaces and with substances hazardous to health.

  • The Customer shall provide the Specialist Personnel with assistance in obtaining official entry, exit or working permits required in the country where the Services are to be carried out and ensure that they have free access to the Site.

  • In the event of illness during employment of the Specialist Personnel, payment of the hourly rates shall be continued for the time during which the Specialist Personnel has to remain in the country where the Site is located owing to illness.

  • The daily working time shall be arranged by the Customer and the Specialist Personnel at the Site, and the actual working time shall be certified on work sheets by the Customer.

  • The Customer shall provide the Specialist Personnel with unobstructed and safe access to the Site to enable them to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the Specialist Personnel whilst on the Site.

  • In the event of the Specialist Personnel using public transport, the costs incurred thereby shall be borne by the Customer.

  • On MDT’s request the Customer shall undertake to arrange suitable accommodation for the Specialist Personnel and to assist in procuring food for the Specialist Personnel.

  • If it is necessary for the incapacitated Specialist Personnel to return home, the travelling costs in- cluding allowance and hourly rates for the travelling time shall be borne by the Customer.

  • The provi- sion of board and lodging for the Specialist Personnel shall be at the Customer’s expense.

Related to Specialist Personnel

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Specialist means either a physician or other health care professional who practices in a specific area other than those practiced by primary care providers, or a properly licensed, certified or registered individual health care provider whose practice is limited to rendering mental health services. For purposes of cost-share, this definition of “specialist” does not apply to dentists. BCBSAZ does not require you to obtain an authorization or referral to see a specialist.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

  • Designated chemical dependency specialist means a person

  • Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Support personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.

  • Cosmetologist means an individual licensed under this chapter to practice cosmetology.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Physical therapist assistant means an individual who is licensed/certified by a state and who assists the physical therapist in selected components of physical therapy.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Professional geologist means a person who is a graduate of an institution of higher education which is accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency, with a minimum of thirty semester (forty-five quarter) hours of undergraduate or graduate work in a field of geology and whose post-baccalaureate training has been in the field of geology with a specific record of an additional five years of geological experience to include no more than two years of graduate work. 23-41-208, C.R.S. and 34-1-201, C.R.S.

  • Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Technician means an individual determined to be qualified to remove or process parts by an appropriate organization that is licensed, accredited, or regulated under federal or state law. The term includes an enucleator.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.
