Article 111-5-1Where a member of the AMF notes that, in view of the agenda of the Board, a Specialised Committee, the Enforcement Committee or one of its sections, he is unable to take part in the proceedings because of the functions, positions and interests held by his spouse, civil partner, unmarried consort or relatives by blood or marriage, he shall so inform the chairman of the body concerned.
