Special obligation bonds definition

Special obligation bonds means the bonds issued by the district pursuant to the provisions of section 32-15-113.
Special obligation bonds means the bonds issued by the district pursuant to the provisions of section 32-14-117.
Special obligation bonds means the bonds payable from all or a portion of receipts derived from a Special Project as provided in the Master Resolution.
