Special Mention. Substandard", "Doubtful", "Loss", "Classified", "Criticized", "Credit Risk Assets", "Concerned Loans", "Watch List" or words of similar import, together with the principal amount of and accrued and unpaid interest on each such Loan and the identity of the borrower thereunder, (ii) by category of Loan (i.e., commercial, consumer, etc.), all of the other Loans of the Company and its Subsidiaries that as of the date of this Agreement are classified as such, together with the aggregate principal amount of and accrued and unpaid interest on such Loans by category and (iii) each asset of the Company that as of the date of this Agreement is classified as "Other Real Estate Owned" and the book value thereof. The Company shall promptly inform Buyer in writing of any Loan that becomes classified in the manner described in the previous sentence, or any Loan the classification of which is changed, at any time after the date of this Agreement.
