Special Medical Needs. Special Accommodations:
Special Medical Needs means autism spectrum disorder, alzheimer’s disease or other dementia, or any other medically diagnosed illness that either (i) renders a person unable to communicate or unable to recognize familiar faces or places; or (ii) causes a person to be prone to wandering or elopement.
Special Medical Needs. Adopter understands that the pet has special medical needs that have been described to them by Rescue and agrees to continue all medications and medical care as deemed necessary by a licensed veterinarian. (initial)
