At the Company’s written request, the Trustee shall give the Special Mandatory Redemption Notice in the Company’s name and at the Company’s expense.
The notice will inform holders that the Notes will be redeemed on the redemption date set forth in such notice, which will be no earlier than three Business Days and no later than 30 days from the Special Mandatory Redemption Notice Date (such date, the “Special Mandatory Redemption Date”), and that all of the outstanding Notes will be redeemed at the Special Mandatory Redemption Price on the Special Mandatory Redemption Date automatically and without any further action by the Holders of the Notes.
