Special Mandatory Redemption Date definition

Special Mandatory Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b) hereto.
Special Mandatory Redemption Date means the earlier to occur of (i) July 31, 2011 if the Acquisition has not been completed on or prior to July 10, 2011 or (ii) the 30th day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter) following the termination of the Stock Purchase Agreement.
Special Mandatory Redemption Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).

  • If such deposit is made as provided above, the Notes will cease to bear interest on and after the Special Mandatory Redemption Date.

More Definitions of Special Mandatory Redemption Date

Special Mandatory Redemption Date means the date that is five Business Days after the Special Mandatory Redemption Notice Date.
Special Mandatory Redemption Date means the earlier to occur of (1) the 15th day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter) after the Acquisition Long Stop Date, if the SABMiller Acquisition has not been consummated on or prior to the Acquisition Long Stop Date, or (2) the 15th day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter) following the public announcement by the Parent Guarantor of the withdrawal or lapse of the SABMiller Acquisition and that it is no longer pursuing the SABMiller Acquisition.
Special Mandatory Redemption Date means the date specified in the notice of special mandatory redemption described in Section 5.4 hereof, which date shall be a Business Day that is no earlier than three days and no later than 30 days from the date of such notice.
