Special Facility Obligations definition

Special Facility Obligations means bonds or other debt instruments issued pursuant to an indenture or other resolution to finance Special Facilities and which are not secured by, nor payable, from a lien on and pledge of the Net Revenues; but, which are secured by revenues derived from Special Facilities.
Special Facility Obligations means bonds or other debt instruments issued pursuant to a resolution other than this Indenture to finance Special Facilities and which, except as otherwise provided in Section 6.11, are not secured by nor payable from a lien on and pledge of the Net Revenues but which are secured by revenues derived from Special Facilities.
Special Facility Obligations means any revenue bonds, notes, bond anticipation notes, commercial paper or other evidences of indebtedness for borrowed money issued or incurred by the District to finance a Special Facility, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on which are payable from and secured by the Special Facility Revenues derived from such Special Facility, and not from or by Net Revenues.
