Spanish Borrower definition

Spanish Borrower means a Designated Borrower that is organized, incorporated or formed under the laws of Spain.
Spanish Borrower a Borrower resident for tax purposes in Spain.
Spanish Borrower has the meaning specified in the preamble hereto.

  • In respect of the Spanish Borrower, it does not fall into any of the categories set out in article 363 of the Spanish Companies Law which would require it to be dissolved.
