South American Countries definition

South American Countries means the countries listed under the heading “South American Countries” in Schedule A hereto.
South American Countries shall have the meaning set forth in the SGR Security Agreement.
South American Countries means Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela and “South American Country” means any of them. South American Countries do not include territories subject to the sovereignty, control, or jurisdiction of a country not listed in the prior sentence.

South American Countries means any of (i) Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela and (ii) each other country located in South America and “South American Country” means any one of them. Scheduled Services Non-stop scheduled air carrier services being operated by the Borrower between any airport in the United States and any airport in any South American Country.
