Sourcing Fees definition

Sourcing Fees means fees payable by AMBHA to DSA in respect of leads referred or the loan disbursed to the eligible customers, in a manner specified under Schedule .“Taxes” shall mean service tax, sales tax, value added tax, income tax or other taxes, by whatever name they are called or known, whether by the name of tribute, impost, duty, custom, subsidy, aid, supply, excise, tariff or other name, applicable to this Agreement.
Sourcing Fees means the product of (i) the lesser of (A) the Outstanding Balance of an Investment at the time that such Investment is purchased or otherwise acquired by Owner and (B) the purchase price of such Investment, multiplied by (ii) 0.02, multiplied by the Sourcer Fee Multiplier. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the purchase price of an Investment is in excess of the “Amount Financed” set forth in such Contract with respect to such Investment, no Sourcing Fee shall be paid with respect to such excess amount.

  • Distributor will remit all collected Sourcing Fees to UFPC by wire transfer to UFPC’s designated account within thirty (30) days after the close of the specified accounting period.

  • The Sourcing Fees will at all times be and remain the property of UFPC and Distributor shall serve only as a bailee and agent of UFPC for billing and trustee for UFPC in collecting and holding the Sourcing Fees for UFPC’s benefit, and remitting the Sourcing Fees to UFPC.
