Enclosure Visual Inspection Criteria Supply Agreement THIS AGREEMENT is effective 31 March 2006 and is by and between GREATBATCH, INC., a New York corporation located at 9645 Wehrle Drive, Clarence, New York, 14031, ("GB") and SORIN/ELA BIOMEDICA CRM and ELA MEDICAL SAS a company located at 13040 Saluggia (VC), Via Crescentino, Italy ("SORIN/ELA").
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization
CRM means Customer Relationship Management.
GoPb means Government of the Punjab
Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.
DTMB means the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
SPP Has the meaning stated in the preamble of this Agreement.
Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
ATA means the Air Transport Association of America.
IPC means the interim payment certificate issued by the Authority’s Engineer for payment to the Contractor in respect of Contractor’s claims for payment raised in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
Amazon means Xxxxxx.xxx, Inc., 0000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000.
Salmon means Pacific Salmon of the species Oncorhynchus nerka including sockeye; Oncorhynchus kisutch including coho; Oncorhynchus gorbuscha including pink; Oncorhynchus keta including chum; and Oncorhynchus tshawytcha including chinook; anadromous whitefish and cisco (Coregonidae spp.); and anadromous Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus).

ESMA means the European Securities and Markets Authority.
MB means megabyte, which is equal to 1024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes of digital information.

ADT means Weighted Average Daily Traffic, or the ratio between (a) traffic to (b) the number of days in a given period of time. Traffic is the number of vehicle crossings in toll plazas or free toll roads in a given period of time.
CDSX means the settlement and clearing system of CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. for equity and debt securities in Canada;
ESMP means an environmental and social management plan (including any pest management plan), acceptable to the Association and consistent with the ESMF, adopted for the purposes of a Micro-project, and giving details of the magnitude of the environmental impacts, as well as the specific actions, measures and policies designed to facilitate the achievement of the objective of the ESMF under the Micro-project, including the budget and cost estimates, and sources of funding, along with the institutional and procedural measures needed to implement such actions, measures and policies, as such ESMP may be amended form time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
ESPD means the European Single Procurement Document completed by the Contractor and sent to the Authority on 27th March 2019
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.
CDC means Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
PFMA means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999.
STI means Sexually Transmitted Infection;
CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;
