SOP Critical Milestone definition

SOP Critical Milestone means Milestone 23 (the 'SOP Backstop date for EA') or Milestone 24 (the ''SOP Backstop date for DEFRA') in the Outline Transformation Plan; "SOP Design" the detailed design for the SOP which is produced by the Expression Definition Contractor to meet the requirements set out in Clause 6.7; "SOP Documentary Deliverable" any Deliverable which is SOP Documentation; "SOP Documentation" all documentation related to the SOP including all analysis products, design documents, associated products documentation, the SOP Design and the SOP Configuration Management Database; "SOP Licence Term" Redacted "SOP Licensed IPRs" has the meaning given in Clause 24.12 of the Framework Agreement; "SOP Milestone" means a Milestone identified as being related to SOP in the Transformation Plan; "SOP Payment Milestone" means a SOP Milestone which is identified as such in the Transformation Plan and for which a SOP Charge is payable on Achievement of that SOP Milestone; "SOP Project Specific IPR" all Intellectual Property Rights in: (a) the SOP Software; and (b) the SOP Documentation; which are created by the Contractor (or a third party on behalf of the Contractor); "SOP Reconciliation Milestone" means a SOP Milestone which is identified as such in the Transformation Plan and on the Achievement of which any sharing of overruns or underruns (determined in accordance with Paragraph 12.9, 12.10 and 12.11 of Schedule 3.2 (Pricing and Rate Card) to the Framework Agreement) and the aggregate Retention over the Reconciliation Period shall be determined and where appropriate invoiced to the Framework Authority; "SOP Software" all source code and object code in the software used in the SOP (including all upgrades and updates); "SOP Supporting Documentation" has the meaning given in Paragraph 14.2 of Schedule 3.2 (Pricing and Rate Card) to the Framework Agreement; "SOP Transferring has the meaning given in Clause 44.3(a) of the Framework Expression Definition

Related to SOP Critical Milestone

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which, if applicable, must be completed by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Sales Milestone Payment is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • ASAM criteria means the most current edition of the American Society of Addiction Medicine's published criteria for admission to treatment, continued services, and discharge.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.

  • Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;

  • Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Milestone Failure means a failure by the Grant Recipient fully to achieve any Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume. “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.
