SOP Activities definition

SOP Activities means all activities relating to the SOP in the Framework Agreement including the design, build, testing and implementation of SOP in accordance with the SOP Design, the Transformation Plan and the Customer Transformation Plans and the acquisition and provision of the SOP Assets; "SOP Asset Register" has the meaning given in Clause 13.1(a) of the Framework Agreement; "SOP Asset" any Asset which is used in the delivery of SOP; "SOP Charges" the Charges payable by the Framework Authority for the SOP Activities as set out in Schedule 3.2 (Pricing and Rate Card) to the Framework Agreement; "SOP Configuration Management Database" a configuration database detailing: (a) the technical infrastructure of SOP; (b) all software assets related to SOP including all configurations, extensions, modifications, localisations and interfaces; and (c) such other information as may be required by the Framework Authority from time to time; "SOP Critical Milestone" means Milestone 23 (the 'SOP Backstop date for EA') or Milestone 24 (the ''SOP Backstop date for DEFRA') in the Outline Transformation Plan; "SOP Design" the detailed design for the SOP which is produced by the Expression Definition Contractor to meet the requirements set out in Clause 6.7; "SOP Documentary Deliverable" any Deliverable which is SOP Documentation; "SOP Documentation" all documentation related to the SOP including all analysis products, design documents, associated products documentation, the SOP Design and the SOP Configuration Management Database; "SOP Licence Term" Redacted "SOP Licensed IPRs" has the meaning given in Clause 24.12 of the Framework Agreement; "SOP Milestone" means a Milestone identified as being related to SOP in the Transformation Plan; "SOP Payment Milestone" means a SOP Milestone which is identified as such in the Transformation Plan and for which a SOP Charge is payable on Achievement of that SOP Milestone; "SOP Project Specific IPR" all Intellectual Property Rights in: (a) the SOP Software; and (b) the SOP Documentation; which are created by the Contractor (or a third party on behalf of the Contractor); "SOP Reconciliation Milestone" means a SOP Milestone which is identified as such in the Transformation Plan and on the Achievement of which any sharing of overruns or underruns (determined in accordance with Paragraph 12.9, 12.10 and 12.11 of Schedule 3.2 (Pricing and Rate Card) to the Framework Agreement) and the aggregate Retention over the Reconciliation Period shall be determi...
