Solution Package definition

Solution Package means the product of Customer which includes the Software delivered or made accessible hereunder, which Customer integrates using the interfaces (API) existing in the Software and explicitly described in the Documentation which applies for the respective Version of the Software.
Solution Package means an Add-On that Customer is the author or publisher of and that Customer, or one of its customers, provides or otherwise makes available to Microsoft, including any updates.
Solution Package means a combination of Online Services and Enablement Services.

  • For each OnDemand Solution Package that registered user registers to, operated by Swissmeda, Business Partner grants registered user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the associated Site.

  • For each On-Demand Solution Package that registered user registers to, operated by Swissmeda, Business Partner grants registered user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the associated Site.

  • Except as may be expressly stated in this Solution Package Addendum, Microsoft is not obligated to provide any support whatsoever for Customer’s development of Solution Packages or its integration with the Online Services or any other services.

  • This Solution Package Addendum may be modified by Microsoft under the Agreement.
