COMPANY agrees to notify MUNICIPALITY and the Municipal Review Committee of the amount of recycled waste delivered to the Facility that can be credited toward its recycling goals for the purpose of compliance and reporting under the Maine Comprehensive Solid Waste Act and to provide the Municipal Review Committee on an annual basis the aggregate amount of such credited recycled waste, to the extent allowed by the State Planning Office or any successor.
