solid, non-hazardous waste definition
solid, non-hazardous waste means a waste that is not a liquid waste and not a hazardous waste as defined in Regulation 347;
solid, non-hazardous waste means municipal waste as defined by Ontario Regulation 347 and includes recyclable waste destined for diversion and waste offered for reuse; and
