Solicitation Protest definition

Solicitation Protest means a statement of protest, dispute, challenge, disagreement, disapproval or other objection regarding documents, determinations or actions taken or contemplated by the City with respect to a solicitation.

  • Protests must be filed with the City's Chief Financial Officer, or designee, at the address listed in the Solicitation Protest FAQ sheet and Procurement Procedure Manual, not later than five (5) days after the date the City mails the Letter of Intent to Award.

  • Any argument not raised in the Solicitation Protest Statement shall be deemed waived, including as a part of the award protest.

  • If the submitted Solicitation Protest Statement does not comply with the requirements set forth herein, then it will not be considered for evaluation and will be returned to the protestor.

  • The Solicitation Protest Statement shall not be amended after filing, and AGENCY will not consider any unsolicited information provided after filing.

  • Any interested party who has reason to believe that a free and open competition has not taken place or that a particular specification or requirement is impractical, unduly restrictive, or ambiguous may advise the AGENCY of its concerns by submitting a detailed Solicitation Protest Statement in accordance with the requirements set forth below in this Section A.

  • If a Vendor desires to protest a decision or intended decision of USF, the Vendor must timely file with USF Procurement Services a Notice of Intent to Protest, a Formal Protest, and the required Solicitation Protest Bond prescribed by BOG Regulation 18.003.The 72-hour period for filing the Notice of Intent to Protest regarding any decision or intended decision begins upon the posting of the decision or intended decision on the Procurement Services website.

  • The written decision will cite any actions that will or will not be taken in response to the Solicitation Protest Statement.The decision of the Manager of Capital Projects concerning the Solicitation Protest Statement shall be final, and there shall be no further administrative recourse.

  • Solicitation Response means Contractor’s full and complete response (including any Attachments and addenda) to the Solicitation, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Solicitation” or "Request for Applications (RFA means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Solicitation Materials means, collectively, the solicitation materials with respect to the Plan.

  • Bid Solicitation means a formal request for Bids, including Informal Quotation, Request for Quotation, Request for Pre-Qualification, Request for Tender, Request for Proposal, Request for Expression of Interest, or Request for Information.

  • Request for Proposal or RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Solicitation Documents means the bid solicitation documents or any other documents for solicitation of offers proposals or quotations;

  • State contract solicitation means a request by a state agency or quasi-public agency, in whatever form issued, including, but not limited to, an invitation to bid, request for proposals, request for information or request for quotes, inviting bids, quotes or other types of submittals, through a competitive procurement process or another process authorized by law waiving competitive procurement.

  • Solicitation Amendment means a written document that is authorized by the Procurement Officer and issued for the purpose of making changes to the Solicitation.

  • Commissioner of Competition means the Commissioner of Competition appointed pursuant to Subsection 7(1) of the Competition Act or his designee.

  • Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Request for Quote (RFQ means the solicitation document issued by OA/FMDC to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Direct response solicitation means a solicitation through a sponsoring or endorsing entity or individually solely through mails, telephone, the Internet or other mass communication media.

  • Public Information Act or “PIA” means Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code.

  • Solicitation Document means the Request for Quotes, Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or any other written document issued by OSU that outlines the required specifications necessary to submit a responsive quote, bid, proposal, or any other response;

  • Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature. A romantic relationship is often characterized by a strong emotional or sexual attachment and/or patterns of exclusivity, but does not include appropriate educator-student relationships that arise out of legitimate contexts such as familial connections or longtime acquaintance. The following acts, considered in context, may constitute prima facie evidence of the solicitation by an educator of a romantic relationship with a student:

  • Response means the material submitted by the respondent in answering the solicitation.

  • Notice Inviting Tender means the notice issued by a SNDB through publication in the newspapers or through electronic means for the purpose of inviting bids, or applications for pre-qualifications, or expression of interests, which may include Tender Notice, Invitation for Bids, Notice for Pre- qualifications or Request for Expression of Interests;

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.

  • Solicitation Agent means Prime Clerk LLC, the notice, claims, and solicitation agent retained by the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Material Non-Public Information means information which is (a) not publicly available, (b) material with respect to Holdings and its Subsidiaries or their respective securities for purposes of United States federal and state securities laws and (c) not of a type that would be publicly disclosed in connection with any issuance by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries of debt or equity securities issued pursuant to a public offering, a Rule 144A offering or other private placement where assisted by a placement agent.
