Solicitation Official definition

Solicitation Official means the Exchange's single point of contact for the Solicitation.

  • Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:

  • Team Official means any person involved with the management, preparation or participation of a team (whether paid or unpaid), including the coaches, managers, medical staff, other support staff or any other person acting for or on behalf of a Club;

  • SEF Official means any Director or Officer of, or individual employed directly by, BSEF, the Regulatory Services Provider or any individual rendering similar services to BSEF under an administrative or similar agreement.

  • City Official means any elected official, employee, appointee to a board or commission, or citizen volunteer authorized to act on behalf of the City of Portland, Oregon.

  • Solicitation Response means Contractor’s full and complete response (including any Attachments and addenda) to the Solicitation, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • police official means any member of the South African Police Service or a municipal police service appointed in terms of the South African Police Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 68 of 1995);

  • Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person who is required to obtain bids for the Trading Price in accordance with Section 5.01(C)(i)(2) and the definition of “Trading Price.” The initial Bid Solicitation Agent on the Issue Date will be the Company; provided, however, that the Company may appoint any other Person (including any of the Company’s Subsidiaries) to be the Bid Solicitation Agent at any time after the Issue Date without prior notice.

  • Solicitation Agent means Prime Clerk LLC, the notice, claims, and solicitation agent retained by the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Government Official means any officer or employee of a Governmental Authority or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, including state-owned entities, or of a public organization or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any such government, department, agency, or instrumentality or on behalf of any such public organization.

  • Management Official means General Manager, Manager, President, or Chief Executive Officer.

  • Party official means any person who holds an elective or appointive post in a political party in the United States or this state, by virtue of which the person directs, conducts, or participates in directing or conducting party affairs at any level of responsibility.

  • Soliciting means and include any one or more of the following activities:

  • College official means any person employed by the college or District, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities pursuant to this Student Conduct Code. The college president shall designate the college or center official to be responsible for the administration of the Student Conduct Code.

  • Solicitation Procedures Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction approving the Debtors' proposed procedures to govern their solicitation of votes on this Plan.

  • Solicitation Materials means, collectively, the solicitation materials with respect to the Plan.
