Sole Operator definition

Sole Operator means a licensed contractor with no employees and exempted by the Contractor's State License Board from the requirement to carry workers' compensation insurance. (See: California Business and Professions Code section 7125.)
Sole Operator means a sex worker who solely owns and operates the business of a sole operator brothel or sole operator escort agency.
