Sole Invention definition

Sole Invention means any Invention invented or discovered solely by or on behalf of a Party (or its Affiliate) and its employees, contractors and/or agents.
Sole Invention has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.
Sole Invention shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(b).

Examples of Sole Invention in a sentence

  • Each Party shall promptly disclose to the other Party in writing any Invention disclosures, or other similar documents, submitted to it by its employees, agents, or independent contractors describing each and every Invention that may be either a Sole Invention or a Joint Invention, and all Information relating to such Invention.

  • Each Party shall notify the other Party promptly of each Sole Invention or Joint Invention made by such Party.
