Software License Fee definition

Software License Fee means a fee charged for the right to use, access, or maintain software programs.
Software License Fee shall be the amount payable by OEM to Hyland for a license to Software or Private Label Software granted to a Customer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Software License Fee has the meaning set forth in subsection 8.03 of this Agreement.
