Software Feature Enhancement definition

Software Feature Enhancement means (i) feature enhancements that materially improve functionality or performance of a Software and that Supplier markets as a separate commercially available product or (ii) custom developed features for Sprint. “Software Licensewith respect to End Users means (i) Supplier’s software license attached as Exhibit A to this Addendum, (ii) Supplier’s Shrinkwrap License that accompanies or is otherwise included in the Software, or (iii) an applicable third-party software license. The term “Software License” as used in this Agreement does not mean Sprint’s license for internal use of the Software, the terms of which are included in the AgreementSoftware Upgrade” means any commercially available upgrade, enhancement, modification, patch, fix, alteration, improvement, correction, revision, release, new version or any other change to the Software or 2
Software Feature Enhancement means (i) feature enhancements that materially improve functionality or performance of Software and that Supplier markets as a separate commercially available product or (ii) custom developed features for Sprint or another customer of Supplier. A Software Feature Enhancement in Supplier’s Revision Level numbering convention is denominated by the second character of its numbering system. For example in the Revision Level 6.2.1, the “Software Feature Enhancement” number is “2.”
Software Feature Enhancement means: (i) feature enhancements, including new releases or versions, that materially improve functionality or performance of Software and that Handspring markets as a separate commercially available product; or (ii) custom developed features for Sprint or another Customer.

Examples of Software Feature Enhancement in a sentence

  • Sprint shall not be obligated to pay any fee related to any Software Feature Enhancement supplied to Sprint at the initiative of Supplier unless Sprint elects to utilize any new feature included therein.

  • In the event Supplier at any time issues a Software Upgrade which is combined with any Software Feature Enhancement (collectively the "Combined Release") to such Licensed Software, the Combined Release shall be provided at unless and until Sprint elects to use any of the Software Feature Enhancement(s) included within the Combined Release and has made Final Acceptance thereof.

  • If after 5 business days following Sprint’s rejection of the Software, Software Feature Enhancement or Software Upgrade, 724 has not fixed the severity 1 and 2 defects, 724 will pay to HP $[**] for every day (to a maximum of $[**] per year) the Software, Software Feature Enhancement or Software Upgrade exceeds this metric.

  • Handspring will give Sprint commercially reasonable advance notice (but not less than ninety (90) days advance written notice) prior to the introduction of any Equipment Feature Enhancement or Software Feature Enhancement.

  • If Handspring issues an Software Revision that is combined with an Software Feature Enhancement (collectively the "Software Combined Release"), Handspring will provide the Software Combined Release to Sprint, provided the parties negotiate, in advance and in good faith, and execute a written amendment hereto setting forth the various terms and conditions which will apply to any Software Feature Enhancements to be provided hereunder to Sprint.

  • If Supplier issues a Software Upgrade that is combined with a Software Feature Enhancement (collectively the “Software Combined Release”), Supplier will provide the Combined Release to Sprint at no charge, unless and until Sprint elects to use the Software Feature Enhancement included within the Combined Release and has accepted the new feature under Section 9.0 (Inspection, Acceptance, and Quality Control).

  • If this metric is exceeded, Sprint has the right to reject the Software, Software Feature Enhancement or Software Upgrade.

  • Supplier will give Sprint at least _30__ days’ prior written notice of the introduction of any Equipment Feature Enhancement, Equipment Combined Release, Software Feature Enhancement, or Software Combined Release.

  • Sprint is not obligated to pay for any Software Feature Enhancement supplied to Sprint at the initiative of Supplier unless Sprint elects to utilize any new feature included therein.

  • ADVERSE EFFECT ON OTHER DELIVERABLES If any Equipment Revision, Equipment Feature Enhancement, Equipment Combined Release, Software Revision, Software Feature Enhancement or Software Combined Release has the effect of preventing any Product from performing in accordance with the Specifications for that Product, Handspring will, at its own expense, promptly take whatever corrective action may be necessary to ensure proper Product functioning.

Related to Software Feature Enhancement

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
