Software Charge definition

Software Charge means the charge payable by the Owner to Ahoy for the provision of the Services, calculated as 3% of the Charter Fee for any Charter Contract entered into via the Site and any applicable taxes;
Software Charge means the charge levied by the Company for the supply of the Software as set out in Schedule C.

Examples of Software Charge in a sentence

  • If Service Provider does not obtain DIR’s prior approval in respect of any Software Expenditures, then such costs shall not be included in the Software Charge and Service Provider shall be responsible for such costs.

  • The Charges shall include any Software procured by Service Provider pursuant to the Software Charge methodology, to compensate Service Provider for the Software procured on DIR’s behalf as provided in this provision.

  • To clarify, the provisions of this Section shall apply to Software procured pursuant to the Software Charge, and not the provisions governing the procurement of Software as set forth in Section 6 of the Agreement.

  • For Software Licenses purchases and Maintenance contracts that are in effect for twelve (12) months, the monthly charges for Software Charge acquisitions in a given month will equal the following: Monthly Software Charge= Software Expenditures x 1.025 divided by twelve (12).

  • DIR shall be responsible for paying all related Software Charges in full, no later than the last date on which such Software Charge is no longer applicable.

  • For software maintenance expenditures that have a time period longer than 12 months the monthly charges will equal: Monthly Software Charge = Software Expenditures x 1.025 x (Software Expenditure Months/12) divided by Software Expenditures Months.

  • If requested by the Customer, the Charges shall include dedicated security software and security software maintenance procured by the Service Provider pursuant to the Software Charge methodology below and for use on security hardware utilized by Service Provider in the provision of the Services.

Related to Software Charge

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.
