SoftBrands Obligation definition

SoftBrands Obligation means the obligation of the Trust to pay 10% of Net Trust Recoveries to SoftBrands pursuant to the Plan.
SoftBrands Obligation means the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of Net Trust Recoveries which is payable by the Trust to SoftBrands in accordance with the terms of the Trust.

  • Obligations means any principal, interest, penalties, fees, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities payable under the documentation governing any Indebtedness.

  • Multiple Holder Obligation means an Obligation that (i) at the time of the event which constitutes a Restructuring, is held by more than three holders that are not Affiliates of each other and (ii) with respect to which a percentage of holders (determined pursuant to the terms of the Obligation as in effect on the date of such event) at least equal to sixty-six-and-two-thirds is required to consent to the event which constitutes a Restructuring, provided that any Obligation that is a Bond shall be deemed to satisfy the requirement in clause (ii) of this definition.

  • DIP Obligations means “DIP Obligations” as defined in the DIP Order.

  • Compliance Obligations means obligations of the AMC to comply with: (a) laws or international guidance and internal policies or procedures, (b) any demand or request from authorities or reporting, disclosure or other obligations under laws, and (c) laws requiring us to verify the identity of our customers.

  • Surviving Obligations means any obligations of Tenant under this Lease, actual or contingent, which arise on or prior to the expiration or prior termination of this Lease or which survive such expiration or termination by their own terms.
