SoftBank Vision Fund definition

SoftBank Vision Fund means (i) SoftBank Vision Fund L.P. and each associated investment vehicle, the general partner, advisor or manager of which is a Subsidiary of the Company (including SoftBank Vision Fund (AIV M1) L.P., SoftBank Vision Fund (AIV M2) L.P., and SoftBank Vision Fund (AIV S1) L.P.), each associated general partner of the aforementioned limited partnerships, and each Subsidiary of the Company acting in an advisory capacity to the foregoing entities (including SB Investment Advisers (UK) Limited), collectively with such aggregate capital contribution committed by the Company not to exceed the SoftBank Vision Fund Original Commitment, and (ii) any successor funds to the foregoing to the extentcapitalized with respect to any capital contribution made by the Company with the proceeds of liquidation of the foregoing funds or the rollover of investment portfolio assets therefrom, in each case, other than from Fund Asset Disposal Gains (and any successor fund to a fund as described in this clause (ii)).
SoftBank Vision Fund means (a) SoftBank Vision Fund L.P., (b) SoftBank Vision Fund II-2 L.P., (c) any controlled Affiliate of (a) or (b) and any alternative investment vehicle or similar entity established in relation to (a) or (b), and (d) any Subsidiary of SoftBank Vision Fund L.P. and SoftBank Vision Fund II-2 L.P. (and any successor fund to SoftBank Vision Fund).
SoftBank Vision Fund means the limited partnership named SoftBank Vision Fund L.P., whose general partner is SVF GP (Jersey) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp.
