SocGen Litigation Steering Committee means those Persons set forth on Exhibit I.B.177, which shall be comprised of certain holders of Class 4 Claims, each of which are currently acting as members of the Steering Committee of the Ad Hoc Group of Noteholders, and one Person designated by the Creditors’ Committee.
