SMGS means the Agreement concerning International Goods Transport by Rail of the the Organisation for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD) (OSJD, ul. Hoza, 63/67 PL-00-681 Warsaw, Poland), www.en.osjd.org;

  • Buyer is responsible for the transfer of empty rail transport in accordance with Seller’s instructions advised pursuant to the Agreement on International Goods Transport by Rail (SMGS).

  • The Convention shall be open for signature by Member States of the United Nations, which are Contracting Parties to the Agreement on International Goods Transport by Rail of 1 November 1951 (SMGS Agreement).
