SMART Fund definition

SMART Fund means the School Modernization and Reconstruction Trust Fund established by Section 35BB of Chapter 10 of the Massachusetts General Laws or any other fund or account of the Commonwealth created in replacement thereof.
SMART Fund means an investment fund established by the Commission as a Specific Mandate Alternative Regulatory Test Fund that satisfies certain prescribed parameters and requirements of a category, class or type of investment fund previously approved by the Commission;

  • Notwithstanding any provisions of this Section 4 to the contrary, all costs and expenses of the SMART Fund, other than extraordinary expenses, shall be paid by the Advisor.
