Small US Electrical LDC definition

Small US Electrical LDC means an electric utility local distribution company located in the United States having, at the relevant time, an enterprise value of less than or equal to U.S. $250 million.

Electrical Cleaner does not include “General Purpose Cleaner,” “General Purpose Degreaser,” “Dusting Aid,” “Electronic Cleaner,” “Energized Electrical Cleaner,” “Pressurized Gas Duster,” “Engine Degreaser,” “Anti-Static Product,” or products designed to clean the casings or housings of electrical equipment.

  • Ambient air quality standard means an established concentration, exposure time, and frequency of occurrence of air contaminant(s) in the ambient air which shall not be exceeded.

  • Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
