Once the Agency and A/E have negotiated and agreed on the scope of services, schedule, fee, and estimated reimbursable expenses, the Agency will issue the A/E a Delivery Order, using the Indefinite Quantity Contract Delivery Order – Small Contract (SE-635) or the Indefinite Quantity Contract Delivery Order (SE-645), which will set forth the parties’ agreement.
The insurance shall be written for not less than the limits outlined in Article 7 of the Small Contract Agreement or that required by law, whichever coverage is greater.
