SLX Licensees definition

SLX Licensees means any Third Party to whom SLX has granted an exclusive license to use any Licensed Patents outside of the Program Field, solely for so long as such license is in effect.

  • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.
