SLV definition

SLV means with respect to any portion of the Nuclear Fuel at any time leased hereunder, the excess of the amount of the Investment in such portion over the aggregate amount of the Burn-Up Charges theretofore paid by the Lessee to the Lessor in respect of such portion.
SLV means, for any Calculation Period, the highest Termination Payment calculated for any date falling within that Calculation Period by the Lessor in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Financial Schedule as shown in the column headed "SLV" in Part 1 of schedule 2 entitled "Termination";
SLV means, with respect to any Equipment and Software, an amount determined by Lessor to be equal to all future Rent with respect thereto from the last Rent Payment date for which Rent has been paid to the end of the applicable Term plus an amount equal to the Estimated FMV, discounted to present value at the Discount Rate.

  • The SLV shall be an amount equal to the sum of all future Rent Payments from the last Rent Payment date to the end of the Schedule Term with such Rent Payments discounted to present value at the like-term Treasury Xxxx rate for the remaining Schedule Term in effect on the date of such Event of Loss, or if such rate is not permitted by law, then at the lowest permitted rate.

Related to SLV

  • Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:

  • Model 4 seller means a seller that is registered under the agreement and is not a model 1 seller, model 2 seller, or model 3 seller.

  • Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
