SLTP Project definition
SLTP Project means the San L▇▇▇ Transmission Project proposed by the Western Area Power Administration for the development of a new 230-kilovolt transmission line approximately 62 miles in length between Western’s T▇▇▇▇ Substation and Western’s San L▇▇▇ Substation and a new 70-kV transmission line about 5 miles in length between the San L▇▇▇ and O’▇▇▇▇▇ Substations.

Should the SLTP Project be approved for construction with an alignment that results in a material adverse effect to the Project, the Borrower shall provide a report on the impact of the SLTP Project on the Project and shall include a plan that is intended to mitigate such impact, including an estimate of costs and the time required to implement such plan, which shall be confirmed by the Independent Engineer and, acting reasonably, the Required Lenders.
