SLPs means: (i) GSK (No. 1) Scottish Limited Partnership, a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL035527 and whose principal place of business is at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX; (ii) GSK (No. 2) Scottish Limited Partnership, a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL035526 and whose principal place of business is at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX; and (iii) GSK (No. 3) Scottish Limited Partnership, a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL035525 and whose principal place of business is at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX, being the Scottish limited partnerships that will each receive shares in Haleon pursuant to the SLP Exchange Agreement, and “SLP” shall be construed accordingly;
SLPs means GSK (No.1) Scottish Limited Partnership, GSK (No.2) Scottish Limited Partnership and GSK (No.3) Scottish Limited Partnership, being the Scottish limited partnerships that will each receive Ordinary Shares pursuant to the SLP Exchange Agreement, and “SLP” shall be construed accordingly;
SLPs has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preamble.

SLPs means SLP1, SLP2 and SLP3 and “SLP” means any one of them;
SLPs or “SLP” has the meaning given to it in the SLP Exchange Agreement;
SLPs means: (A) SLP1; (B) GSK (No.2) Scottish Limited Partnership, a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL035526 and whose principal place of business is at 50 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX; and (C) GSK (No.3) Scottish Limited Partnership, a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL035525 and whose principal place of business is at 50 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX, and “SLP” means any one of them;
SLPs means the Scottish Limited Partnerships identified on the Group Structure Chart which at the date hereof are subscribers of the Subordinated Loan Stock and “SLP” means any of them.
SLPs means the Scottish Limited Partnerships formed by Xxxxx Muse and Apax which are subscribers of the Initial Subordinated Loan Stock and “SLP” means either of them;
SLPs means SLP1, SLP2 and SLP3 and "SLP" means any one of them;
