SLPC definition

SLPC means a Sustainable Livelihoods Project Council, to be established and maintained within each Aimag, Soum and Duureg in accordance with the provisions of paragraph A.1(e),Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Vacancies in a school year following a school year having redundant teachers shall be offered to the redundant teachers provided that they had not turned down a position offered by the S.L.P.C. and they are qualified for the position and provided that the redundant teachers have maintained their names on a current and updated list at the office of the Superintendent of Human Resources.

  • SLPC shall provide the services to the public and, in doing so, shall comply with all appropriate laws, ordinances, licensing requirements, rules and regulations of any and all governmental authorities and in accordance with all provisions of the constitutional and statutory restrictions on the use of state properties or funds for public purposes, which statutes and restrictions are made part of this cooperative endeavor agreement.
