Slots Agreement definition

Slots Agreement means a Slot, Airport Leasehold and Routes Pledge and Security Agreement, dated of even date herewith, duly executed and delivered by Borrowers and each applicable Guarantor, as pledgers, in favor of Agent, as pledgee for itself and the benefit of Lenders, with respect to certain rights of Borrowers and Guarantors with respect to Slots and Routes, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

Related to Slots Agreement

  • Investor Rights Agreement means the Investor Rights Agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, between the Company and each of the Purchasers, in the form of Exhibit A hereto.
