Slot Charge definition

Slot Charge means the charge payable for vehicle type i for journey type j as established in accordance with paragraph 4.1 of Part 2;

Examples of Slot Charge in a sentence

  • When a Train Operator Variation Request is received by Network Rail on or before the Priority Date for the timetable in question, the Slot Charge Ss shall equal zero.

A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
