  • The INDIVIDUAL shall follow the UCL SLMS Incident Management Policy in reporting such aforesaid incidents.

  • The Provider will use all reasonable endeavours to provide UCL SLMS with pseudonymised data.

  • The INDIVIDUAL warrants its right to disclose its Confidential Information to UCL SLMS and to authorise UCL SLMS to use the same for the Purpose.
