SLH Bareboat Payments means the aggregate amount of all outstanding payments made by SLH or any of its Affiliates from and after June 13, 2017 until the Reference Date pursuant to the SLH Bareboat Charters.

Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.

Retail charge agreement means that term as defined in section 2 of the retail installment sales act, MCL 445.852.
Production Payments means, collectively, Dollar-Denominated Production Payments and Volumetric Production Payments.
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.
Contract Payments means the payments Obligor is required to make under this Contract as set forth on Exhibit B. “Contract Term” means the Original Term and all Renewal Terms.
Performing Non-Cash Pay High Yield Securities means Performing High Yield Securities other than Performing Cash Pay High Yield Securities.
Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.
Structured settlement payment rights means rights to receive periodic payments under a structured settlement, whether from the structured settlement obligor or the annuity issuer, where:

Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.
Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.
Production Payment means a production payment obligation (whether volumetric or dollar denominated) of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries which are payable from a specified share of proceeds received from production from specified Oil and Gas Properties, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.
PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix. Transaction Payroll Taxes means the employer portion of any payroll or employment Taxes incurred or accrued with respect to any bonuses, option exercises, payments to employee stock option holders or other compensatory payments made in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Rental Payments means the rental payments paid by the occupant of a unit, excluding any supplemental rental assistance to the occupant from the State, the federal government, or any other public agency, but including any mandatory fees or charges imposed on the occupant by the Owner as a condition of occupancy of the unit.
Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.
Installment Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(ii).
